Oppo Find X8s: 6.32-inch AMOLED panel, although this time it’s as compact as you would want in a flagship. The screen did great in our lab analysis, reproducing 1B colors with proper HDR10+ and Dolby Vision help for vibrant disparity and a realistic image. More importantly, it has 1216 x 2640 pixels (~460 ppi) which is very clear and everything you do from watching movies or playing video games will look amazing in this display.
Brightness levels are equally impressive. The panel, which goes up to 1,600 nits in everyday use and peaks at 4,500 nits under HDR or full sunlight conditions. This should make for excellent outdoor legibility even in harsh light conditions. Oppo’s 120Hz refresh rate panel here is nice and fluid for scrolling and gaming, and the adaptive switching should help reduce battery consumption during moments that don’t warrant super high refresh rates.
Here are some of the highlights: Near 100% sRGB / DCI-P3 color calibration. Its ultra-thin 1.25mm bezels make the viewing experience more immersive, providing that edge-to-edge feeling on the display.
