Controls and Connectivity – Xiaomi 15
The Xiaomi 15 features a well thought out design with simple controls and great connectivity to make for a comfortable experience for the user. The power button and volume rocker sit on the right side of the device, both of which are ergonomically placed and can be reached with one hand. The tactile feedback is crispy, rewarding and it helps in the phone’s premium build. The left side is empty, ensuring the phone keeps a streamlined profile.
On the bottom is the USB-C port, primary speaker grill, microphone, and the SIM tray. The SIM tray also holds either two SIM cards (dual-SIM version only) or a SIM card and a microSD card. The top edge has an infrared blaster — a classic Xiaomi touch — which means the phone can work as a remote control for TV and smart home devices. There’s also a secondary microphone and stereo speaker here for stereo sound output.
Connectivity-wise, the Xiaomi 15 comes with 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and GPS options allowing you to enjoy quick data transfer and stable connections on all networks.
