Loudspeakers – iPhone XS Max (Global)

iPhone XS Max delivers a more immersive stereo sound experience with an expanded stereo effect and great dynamic range than iPhone X. The dual-speaker system makes for audio that just sounds cleaner and more separated, which means music and videos as well as calls on speakerphone all sound richer and better balanced than they used to on the mono-speaker output of iPhone past.

The earpiece is also loud ensuring mids and highs are pushed out, so detail on voices will always come through nice and clear but just keep in mind bass is about as good as it gets on a phone. Audio is still distortion-free at top volume, making the XS Max a better option for those seeking casual listening and hands-free conversations in louder environments.

It also has support for Dolby Atmos and spatial audio when used with compatible headphones, adding an extra layer of immersion to the sound experience.

On the whole, you really can’t do much better on a smartphone than what we find here with this loudspeaker system on the iPhone XS Max when it comes together for an audio experience that brings loud sound quality at too large a volume and with enough clarity to be refreshing while still largely impossible to beat.
